Meet Your Care Team
Healthcare That's Personal Starts with People.

I became a family physician because I believe healthcare is about more than treating illness—it's about building relationships, earning trust, and helping people live healthier lives.
After graduating from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, I've had the privilege of caring for patients throughout West Michigan for more than ten years. During that time, I've cared for individuals and families of all ages, and one thing has remained constant: healthcare works best when there's time to listen, answer questions, and truly get to know the person sitting across from you.
That's what led me to open my own Direct Primary Care practice.
I wanted to create the kind of practice where patients are known by name—not by appointment number—and where there is time to build real relationships, have meaningful conversations, and focus on the whole person, not just the chart. Preventive care, patient education, and accessibility are at the center of how I practice medicine because helping people stay healthy is just as important to me as helping them recover when they're sick.
I chose to build this practice in Fennville because it's close to home and gave me the opportunity to create the kind of community-focused practice I had always envisioned. I'm proud to care for individuals and families throughout Fennville and the surrounding West Michigan communities.
Whether you're looking for a new primary care physician, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking for a more personal approach to healthcare, my goal is for you to always feel heard, respected, informed, and confident in your care.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my two Dalmatians and taking advantage of everything West Michigan has to offer. I look forward to getting to know you and partnering with you on your healthcare journey.

Kim
Medical Assistant
I've been a medical assistant for more than 16 years, and one of the things I enjoy most about my work is helping people improve their lives through better healthcare. I believe every patient deserves to feel welcomed, listened to, and supported throughout their healthcare journey. As a Fennville resident, it's especially meaningful to care for the community I call home. I enjoy getting to know our patients and helping create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. One of the reasons I enjoy working with Dr. Borenitsch is because he truly takes the time to listen to his patients and genuinely cares about their health and well-being. He's committed to continuing his education so he can provide the best possible care, and I'm proud to be part of a practice that shares those values. Outside of the office, you'll usually find me spending time with my family and friends, who mean the world to me. I'm the proud mom of two wonderful children, Amy (Brent) and Donnie (Stacy), a grandmother to six amazing grandchildren, and a great-grandmother to one wonderful great-grandson. I love staying busy, whether I'm traveling with friends, camping, attending concerts, cheering at car races, or working on home and yard projects. I look forward to welcoming you to our practice and helping make every visit a comfortable, positive experience.

I work alongside Dr. Borenitsch to support patient care both in the office and over the phone. Whether you call or send a portal message, I’m always happy to help and make sure your concerns are heard. With more than 10 years of healthcare experience in pediatrics, family medicine, and trauma, my passion for making a difference led me to earn my Medical Assisting degree and continue my education as an LPN, with my RN BSN in progress. Outside the office, I’m a proud wife and mom of two, with a lively household that includes four cats, one dog, and plenty of soccer games. Caring for others—both at home and in our community—is what keeps me inspired every day.
